Region 6 Legacy Roads Monitoring Guide

The attached memo describes how the Pacific Northwest Region of the Forest Service intends to monitor the effectiveness of on-the-ground projects funded through the Legacy Roads and Trails Remediation Initiative. The memo explains that they intend to monitor both the effeciveness of fish passage and of road decommissioning/restoration activities on hydrogeomorphology.
