Western Governors Assocation Letter to Secretary Vilsack

In December of 2009, the Western Governors Association (WGA) sent a letter to USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack that lauded the Forest Service's new focus on watershed restoration and mentioned specifically the Legacy Roads and Trails Remediation Initiative. The WGA encouraged the Forest Service to continue this important program.
